Phase 1: Lead Generation and Recruitment
- Re-created inquiry and application forms, connecting them directly to Dynamics 365. A custom plugin was developed to parse form data automatically, creating leads in the system.
- Migrated landing pages from HubSpot to Dynamics 365 using a similar plugin-based approach.
- Eliminated manual data entry, ensuring no leads were missed and significantly reducing labor costs.
Phase 2: Payment Integration and Dashboard Development
- Integrated PayPal with application forms to facilitate the payment process, making it easier for students to complete their admissions.
- Developed a dashboard to provide real-time insights into lead statuses, program types, and other critical metrics.
- Implemented Google Analytics connector to track and evaluate form submissions over time.
