  • Initiated the setting up of the company information in Business Central, followed by the implementation of the Chart of Accounts (COA), the backbone of the ERP system.

Financial Configuration:

  • Configured General Posting Setup, General Business Posting Groups, General Product Posting Groups, General Ledger Setup, and Customer & Vendor Posting Groups.
  • Set up Bank Accounts and linked them with the relevant accounts in the COA.
  • Configured Bank Account Posting Groups and Tax Setup.
  • Implemented Financial Dimensions to differentiate financial impacts.
  • Configured Payment Journals and Payment Terms as per business requirements.

Sales and Supply Chain Configuration:

  • Configured Sales and Purchase cycles along with Supply Chain processes.
  • Integrated Dynamics 365 Business Central with Dynamics 365 Sales to track sales and purchase activities and manage customer queries.
  • Set up Products and Price Lists in Dynamics 365 Sales, linking them with Business Central.

Inventory Management:

  • Configured Inventory Posting Groups and Locations for tracking items across multiple office locations.
